Signal Desk Learning
Privacy
This page explains the limited information involved when you browse the Signal Desk course website or contact us directly.
Information on this website
This static website does not include registration forms, account creation, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking tools. It does not intentionally store information about visitors in browser cookies or local storage.
When you contact us
If you choose to email the course desk, your email provider sends the information you include in that message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.
Server records
Like most websites, the hosting service may create short-lived technical logs containing information such as an IP address, request time, browser identifier and requested page. These records are used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
External services
The course pages do not load fonts, scripts, media or analytics from third-party services. Selecting an email link opens the email software configured on your device, which is governed by that provider’s terms.
Retention and safeguards
Enquiry records and technical logs should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for their stated purpose, legal obligations and site security. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about the personal information associated with an email enquiry, or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security records.
